Clinical oversight for Front Range aesthetic practices
Medical director services led by Jenny Garland, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, a nurse practitioner who injects, teaches and runs her own aesthetic practice. Real oversight, not a signature on a contract.
Provided by Jasper Medical Services, LLC.
Oversight from someone who does the work herself
An agreement on file is not the same as oversight. You deserve a medical director who knows your protocols, your team and your patients.
Active clinical oversight
In-person delegation visits, ongoing chart review, protocol development and competency assessments, from a clinician who uses the same protocols in her own practice.
Practice mentorship
Jenny built her own aesthetic practice from the ground up. Mentorship to help your practice grow is part of every engagement.
Genuine collaboration
Based on Colorado’s Front Range and available by phone, telehealth or in person, so your questions are answered and your protocols reviewed.
Every engagement includes
- An initial in-person delegation visit to your facility
- Review and approval of clinical protocols and informed consent forms
- Ongoing chart review with defined benchmarks
- Regularly scheduled on-site visits
- Colorado HB 25-1024 delegation-disclosure compliance support
- Staff qualification review and competency evaluations
- Clinical consultation by phone or telehealth
A good fit if
- You are opening an aesthetic practice and need compliant oversight from the first day
- You run a clinic and want a medical director who is present, accessible and involved
- You want oversight from someone who practices aesthetic medicine herself
- You need guidance on Colorado delegation requirements, HB 25-1024 disclosures and scope of practice
- You value mentorship and collaboration, not a name on the wall
