Your Injector
Structure, not volume for its own sake.
Filler at Ember starts with your anatomy and proportions, and is refined conservatively over time.
Volume and Structure Change Over Time
Facial aging is not only about lines. It often involves volume loss, shifting support, and subtle changes in facial proportion.
Dermal fillers are used to restore balance and contour in a way that respects facial anatomy and long-term outcomes. At Ember Medical Group in Castle Rock, treatment is guided by structural planning rather than isolated correction.
Areas Commonly Treated
Treatment plans are individualized, but dermal fillers are commonly used to address:
- Midface volume loss
- Cheek contour and projection
- Temple hollowing
- Nasolabial folds
- Lower face support
- Chin and jawline definition
- Lip structure and balance
- Under eye hollowing, for select patients
Dermal fillers provide immediate, targeted structural support and contour refinement when precise shaping is indicated.
Recommendations are based on anatomy, tissue quality, and long-term aesthetic goals.

How Fillers Work
1. Consultation and Facial Assessment We evaluate facial structure, volume distribution, symmetry, and movement patterns. Your provider will discuss goals, prior treatment history, and candidacy.
2. Structural Treatment Planning Product selection, injection depth, and placement technique are determined based on anatomy and support needs. The focus is facial harmony rather than overcorrection.
3. Progressive Refinement Filler treatments are often approached conservatively and adjusted over time to maintain natural proportion and predictability.
What to Expect

Common Questions
Cost depends on the areas treated and the amount of filler your plan calls for, which your provider decides at your assessment. Your provider will walk you through your plan and its cost before treatment begins. A card is saved when you book to hold your visit, and Cherry financing is available if you'd like to pay over time.
It varies with the area treated, the product your provider selects and your own anatomy, so your provider will talk you through what to expect for your plan. Filler can take up to 30 days to fully settle, and if a follow-up is needed, it's scheduled between weeks 4 and 5. Results vary.
Expect some swelling and possible bruising. Swelling can peak in the first 24 to 48 hours and usually settles within days. Skip makeup for the rest of the day, avoid strenuous exercise for 24 hours, and avoid heat for 24 to 48 hours. Please avoid dental work and vaccines for 2 weeks before and after treatment. See Before & Aftercare for the full instructions.
Your first visit is an unhurried consultation and assessment, with time for treatment when it's the right fit. Your provider assesses your facial structure, volume, symmetry and movement, along with your goals and treatment history, and talks you through your plan before anything begins. Please arrive with clean skin and no makeup, and let us know before your visit if you're prone to cold sores.
