At Ember Medical, care begins with comprehensive lab testing and a symptom-based clinical assessment. Treatment plans are individualized and delivered as part of your ongoing Membership, so your plan can evolve as your labs and symptoms do.

Structured, Evidence Based Hormone Care

Hormone therapy requires careful evaluation, lab interpretation, and ongoing monitoring. Treatment should never be generalized or based on guesswork.

We assess symptoms, medical history, and metabolic and hormone markers to develop a structured, personalized plan. Thyroid function is evaluated when clinically appropriate, including assessment of free T3 and overall thyroid performance.

Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT) is offered when clinically appropriate, based on symptoms, lab results, and medical eligibility. Lab review, secure messaging, and prescription management are included as part of your Membership, not billed separately.
