Ember Medical is a private-pay membership practice, not an insurance plan.

We do not bill Medicare, Medicaid (Health First Colorado), TRICARE, or commercial health insurance for your membership or office visits. However, many members choose to use their commercial insurance for eligible laboratory services and prescriptions, depending on their individual health plan. Coverage and out-of-pocket costs are determined by your insurance carrier.

Because Ember Medical has opted out of Medicare, additional Medicare requirements apply for beneficiaries. If you are eligible for Medicare, please contact us before enrolling so we can discuss your options.

We also encourage all members to maintain health insurance for services outside of your membership, including emergency care, hospitalization, specialist care, imaging, and other services not included with Ember.

Your Spark Visit is the foundation of your Ember Medical Membership.

During this comprehensive visit, we’ll take time to understand your symptoms, health history, lifestyle, medications, goals, and laboratory results. From there, we’ll create a personalized care plan designed specifically for you.

If you join the same day as your Spark Visit, the $199 Spark Visit fee is credited toward your first month of membership.

Absolutely.

Ember Medical Membership and Ember Aesthetics Membership are separate memberships, and many members choose both.

Your Medical Membership helps you improve your health from the inside out, while your Aesthetics Membership helps your skin reflect how vibrant you feel inside.

As an added benefit, Medical Membership members receive 10% off aesthetic services and retail products, even without an Aesthetics Membership.
